Includes correspondence with Stout and lenders to the exhibition; a sketch by Stout; notes, writings, and sketches by Schwartz pertaining to the exhibition; and photographs of Stout, including one with Hans Hofmann teaching in Provincetown, Massachusetts in 1948.

Biographical/Historical Note: Sanford Schwartz (1946- ) is an exhibition curator in New York, New York. Myron Stout (1908-1987) was a painter from Provincetown, Massachusetts.
