Biographical/Historical Note: The Federal Art Project was established under Federal Project No. 1 of the WPA. The 48 states and territories were divided into regions and FAP programs were initiated, employing thousands of unemployed artists and craftsmen.
Lent for microfilming 1964 by the Philadelphia Museum College of Art via Richard Doud.
