Biographical/Historical Note: Lois Dailey Orswell (1904-1998) was an art collector from Narragansett, R.I.
The donor, Wolfgang Freitag Bafflin of the Fine Arts Library of the Fogg Art Museum, Harvard University, acted as liason between Orswell and the Archives of American Art.
