Biographical/Historical Note: Multi-media artist; Boston, Mass.; b. 1929 Liberman was born and lived in Israel before moving to the United States, where she developed an interest in Jewish history. She is primarily known for her large scale Holocaust Wall Hangings created with paint, printing, applique, embroidery, beading, stencling and drawing. Liberman's work was exhibited at museums in New England and Israel from 1988-2003.
