Description: Letter from a woman who was greatly offended by Grant Wood's painting Daughters of Revolution which was exhibited in Rowan's Little Gallery in Cedar Rapids.
She identifies herself as "a daughter of that great conflict" and requests that the painting "be removed from the gallery or the inscription should be changed."
The letter is signed "a patriot first."
