Description: Photograph shows recovered Nymphenburg china confiscated during World War II stacked on shelving. Photo likely taken at either Buxheim Monastery or Neuschwanstein Castle.
Item is inscribed on verso (handwritten): Here is a better view of some of the Nymphenburg china. It is very similar to Dresden china except this particular set (several hundred pieces making a complete service) is in 2 colors only, raised molded detail in bright green on a pale white background. It is a very light gay looking Rococo design.
