Identification on accompanying label(typwritten): Louise Brann of the WPA Federal Art Project, Westchester County, is shown at work on a detail of a mural, 'Decorative composition of Gobelin Tapestries' for the Mt. Vernon Library, Mt. Vernon, N.Y. It is included in the Regional Exhibition of New York and New Jersey Artists which opened November 10 at the WPA Federal Art Gallery, 225 West 57 St., N.Y.C., and concludes November 24th.
