Casting in bronze of Bust of Gen. Thomas; Date: 4/18/39; Negative No.: 3853-8; Photographer: S. Horn and Brody.
Identification on accompanying label (typewritten): WPA artist Jeno Juszko with his bronze bust of General George Henry Thomas. The bust with four others of famous Civil War General will be presented officially by the WPA Federal Art Project to the city and Grant Monument Association at the April 27th Grant birthday celebration. The crypt of Grant's Tomb will be the permanent location for the five busts.
