Description: Letter on stationery of the Decentralized World-wide Networker Congress. Front of envelope is stamped with images of a man's head, and various pieces of text: I am a networker (sometimes); damned to be a tourist; mail art is not fine art, it's the artist who is fine; damned to be an aggressor; after Dadaism Fluxism Mailism comes tourism; feed the tourists; menu banal.
Interior features typewritten letter discussing the place of mail art in museums, both art museums and postal museums.
