Description: This correspondence was sent by Partz on behalf of "General Idea" (a conceptual art collective) to Billy Al Bengston in response to his call for ideas from fellow artists. It includes a certificate, on which the name General Idea has been crossed out and "Billy Al Bengston" is written below. In an attached note, Partz explains the certificate. Also included is the envelope.
