Biographical/Historical Note: Historian, educator, labor organizer; Cleveland, Ohio and Paris, France. Among his books are: The Many and the Few: A Chronicle of the Dynamic Auto Workers; Gold Was the Mortar: the Economics of Cathedral Building; and with co-author Dorothy Kraus, The Gothic Choirstalls of Spain.

Donated 1996 by Dorothy Kraus.
