Biographical/Historical Note: Sculptor and instructor. Born in Hamburg, Germany, immigrated to the U.S. and later became naturalized. Studied at Pratt Institute, 1952-53, Art Students League, 1953 and Cooper Union, 1954-57, all in New York City. Lecturer at School of Visual Arts, New York City, 1968-70.
