Biographical/Historical Note: Watercolorist, painter; Sandwich, Mass. During the 1920's Vose Gallery, Boston, sold out every one of MacKnight's paintings. He also used the name W. Dodge Macknight.

Lent for microfilming 1980 by Mr. and Mrs. George W. Bruce, the niece of Dodge Macknight.
