The Jervis McEntee Diaries - June 27, 1883

Diary Entry:

Wednesday, June 27, 1883 Spent the day in N. Y. doing various things until 6 o'clock when Booth, Calvert, Mr. Parsons and I took the steamer for Newport. A dark stormy night with rain. Other boats laid by but we went on and had a rough time.
