The Jervis McEntee Diaries - February 28, 1882

Diary Entry:

Tuesday, Feb 28, 1882 Awoke with a bad feeling in my head. Had a great many things to do. Packed and sent off my little bed to be used up home and worked until noon, my headache increasing when I went out and got half a bottle of champagne which I drank. Girard lunched with me. My headache lasted all afternoon and until after dinner but was at no time distracting. Joe Tomkins came down this evening.
