The Jervis McEntee Diaries - October 24, 1873

Diary Entry:

Friday, Oct 24, 1873- The Whittredges left for New York this morning. Miss Nivison came. I spent most of the day in packing Mary's annual jelly pots, a barrel of vegetables for her and getting Lucys little picture of Murano boxed which I sent to her by Express. Tomorrow I want to get to work painting again. I wrote to Lucy this afternoon telling her I had started her box.
