Newsletters, 1949-1987; a run of the Association's quarterly, The Artists Proof, 1987-1991, list of presidents, 1945-1995; and files on artists Henry Botkin, Emlen Etting, Ernest Fiene, Roy Gussow, Yasuo Kuniyoshi, Jacob Lawrence, Louise Nevelson, and Karl Zerbe. Among the photographs of members are: Harold Ambellan, Edward Chavez, Lily Cushing, Julio De Diego, Jimmy Ernst, Ernest Fiene, David Fredenthal, Sue Fuller, Chaim Gross, William Hayter, Hilton Kramer, Leon Kroll, Yasuo Kuniyoshi, Howard Mandel, Edward Millman, George L. K. Morris, Elias Newman, Richard O'Hanlon, Helen Phillips (Hayter), Ruth Reeves, Anton Refregier, Lincoln Rothschild, John Sloan, David Smith, Hudson Walker, June Wayne, and Denny Winters. Also included are photographs of "Art For Fashion's Sake"-Saks Fifth Avenue display windows designed by AEA, NY members, 1950.
