Sales receipts and other financial records; a scrapbook, 1979-1981; seven guestbooks; press releases; catalogs, posters and broadsides; files on artists Chris Gardner, Annie Gawlak, Tom Green, Sy Gresser, Taro Ichihashi, Walter Kravitz, Steve Kruvant, Norman Lundin, Reginald Pollack, Jaime Romano, Mindy Weisel and others containing business correspondence, slides, resumes, clippings, announcements, price lists, invoices, and contracts; and correspondence and printed material concerning the Washington Project for the Arts, the Museum of Temporary Art, the Washington Art Dealers Association, the Corcoran Gallery of Art, and other Washington, D.C. art organizations. Also, a large file labeled "personal" which contains many letters and postcards from artists; a transcript of an interview with Rasmussen conducted by Robert Bove, 1980; and photographs of Rasmussen.
Donated 1982 and 1997 by Jack Rasmussen, gallery owner. Additions are expected.
