Josine Ianco-Starrels papers, 1930-1987

This collection includes the material relating to the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery, which was located at Barnsdall Park. Ms. Ianco-Starrles was the director of the Gallery from 1975 to 1984 and these are her records of the gallery exhibitions. Also included are the papers of her husband, Herbert Kline, who was a filmmaker. Included in his papers are some of the items from his making of the film, Posing as an American Nazi, which was filmed in Spain.
