    Personal and professional papers. REELS 3450-3451: Biographical material; correspondence; manuscript on casein painting; inventory of works donated to Southwest collections; certificates and awards; exhibition catalogs and announcements; photocopies of a sketchbook and sketches; writings; printed materials; and photographs of Cain, his family, and paintings. Also included are tape recordings of lectures and slides. REEL 3359: Art reviews written by Cain for the Corpus Christi Caller, the local newspaper.

    Location of Originals: REEL 3359 Originals returned to lender after microfilming.

    Microfilmed as part of the Archives of American Art's Texas project. Donated 1984 by Mrs. Joseph Cain, except for art reviews which were lent.
