Biographical information; 16 sketches (30.7 x 47.5 cm. or smaller) in various media (pencil, charcoal, conte crayon, pastel, ink, colored pencil, and watercolor), including landscapes, a portrait, figure studies, studies for "Courtship" and other paintings, and an ink silhouette of Adams; two etchings depicting canals in towns; 17 postcards addressed to Adams with ink and colored pencil drawings by Otto Stark of the escapades of "Foxie the dog," 1908; a photo of Adams' studio in Muncie, Indiana, and one in New Smyrna, Florida; photos of 3 of his paintings; an exhibition catalog; an article on Adams, 1899; and clippings.
