Biographical/Historical Note: Lithographer; Moylan, Pa. Began his studies with Bolton Brown in 1927.

Collection was donated to Bryn Mawr College by Elizabeth Barker and Agnes Davis, daughters of Barker. Microiflmed 1986 as part of Archives of American Arts' Philadelphia Arts Documentation Project.
